Do you want to get F.I.T? Have you had a baby and finding it hard to find time or childcare to go to the gym? Here at F.I.T you can bring your babies and children with you. Workout with them, let them play, or they can even join in. With postnatal and family classes, personal and group training, babies and children are always welcome.

F.I.T Round My baby


As well as giving mums a chance to bond with their baby, post natal exercise can offer a world of benefits too. This all over body workout can be done literally holding your baby. We practise light cardio and tone most muscles in our body then finish with a stretch and some pelvic floor exercises.

We have a play area filled with toys for your little one to play in if they wish. All exercises can be adapted for if your holding your baby or not. We also have soft weights which are more than safe to be around little fingers and tare away toddlers.

F.I.T Round My baby Bootcamp

A postnatal circuit class for those ready to up the pace from F.I.T round my baby. For women with no postnatal complications and with babies from 12 weeks.

Fridays at 10am.

£8 per class (£48 for 6 weeks).

BOOTCAMP

Leave the babies at home in our adult only
bootcamp class.

Expect to be pushed in this circuit style class with a team of likeminded women. Expect games and challenges.

Core Restore

A low impact class suitable for mums 6 weeks postnatal onwards - this class is designed to help mums rebuld core strength and stabiltiy safely after childbirth.

There will be a focus on pelvic floor exercises, gentle core movements and glute activation, this class supports recovery, enhance posture and reduced back pain.
