Core Restore is a postnatal fitness class designed specifically for mums looking to strengthen their core, improve posture, and regain confidence after childbirth. With a strong focus on pelvic floor health and glute activation, this class provides a safe and supportive environment to rebuild your foundation from the inside out.

Core Restore is tailored to support mums recovering from diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and C-section births, ensuring every exercise is safe, effective, and mindful of postnatal recovery needs. Our experienced instructors guide you through gentle yet powerful movements to strengthen your core, improve pelvic floor function, and restore body confidence—all without putting unnecessary strain on vulnerable areas.

This class is designed to help you heal, reconnect, and feel strong again, no matter where you are on your postnatal journey.
