1-1 & Group Personal Training

We understand that balancing motherhood and personal fitness isn’t always easy. That’s why our 1-1 and group personal training sessions are designed to meet you where you are—both in terms of fitness level and family commitments. Whether you’re looking to rebuild strength after childbirth, improve overall health, or set new fitness goals, our sessions offer tailored exercises delivered by experienced trainers who specialise in postnatal fitness.

Children are welcome to join you during your training session, ensuring you never have to compromise on quality exercise time. With supportive guidance, a comfortable environment, and flexible scheduling, we’ll help you rediscover the confidence and well-being that come from feeling fit, strong, and energised—no babysitter required.

1-1 Personal Training

Our 1 – 2 – 1 training sessions are the perfect way to get in shape. We can also provide diet and nutritional advice with meal plans and recipes and help you to understand a healthy balanced diet. Instead of telling you what to eat or what not to eat we want to teach you and equip you with the right tools and knowledge to make the best eating choices and habits.

Price:

£25 per session, monthly payment.

Personal training with your child


Bring your child and workout together. These sessions are tailored towards the child so the session is fun and engaging for them. There will be games and challenges and a bit of healthy competition between adult and child

£25 per session, Child trains for free!

Group Personal Training

Group Training is with 3-4 women and of-course babies are welcome. Classes run daily and prices vary depending on what sessions and how often you come.
