Post Natal Fitness Classes

Welcome to Fit Round My Baby!

‘F.I.T round my baby & toddler’ is a postnatal workout class that can be done literally holding your baby. This full body, low impact workout is led by a personal trainer and postnatal specialist who can safely bring you back to feeling your best. Exercises can be adapted to suit all fitness levels and for if you need to hold your baby. Bond with your baby, make friends and have fun!

At our dedicated, private studios, you can find a range of classes for mothers, ladies and babies/children.

Our Fit Round My Baby classes offer a supportive environment for mums to focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and promoting overall well-being. The exercises are tailored to accommodate the needs of postnatal bodies, with a focus on core and pelvic floor strengthening. Once ready, our mums can progress onto our BOOTCAMP classes, a higher impact workout with fun challenges included!

All of our daytime classes can incorporate activities that involve your babies and children, fostering the bonding between you and your little one. Participating in our classes can help you regain your fitness levels, boost your energy, and connect with other mums in a supportive community.

We also have weekly Group Personal Training - if you're looking for guidance and help to achieve your fitness goals, then this is the pathway for you!
