After having my own children, I struggled to maintain the gym routine I once loved. With limited childcare and mum guilt making it hard to leave my baby, I searched for a gym that welcomed mums and babies—but found nothing locally.
Wanting more flexibility for my family, I retrained as a personal trainer with one goal: to create family-friendly classes for mums and their babies. From that vision, F.I.T Round My Baby was born.
The programme has since grown into a franchise, helping women start their own businesses, and a licensing model, enabling gyms to bring these much-needed classes to their communities.
